Established in 1980, EVERCO has its beginnings as a small company involved in the manufacture and distribution of automotive exhaust systems. Today, EVERCO is among one of the largest automotive exhaust systems and spare parts manufacturers in Malaysia, with a clientele that includes some of the largest and most prestigious automobile producers at home and abroad.
The company has a factory in Kuala Selangor while its administrative and marketing base is located in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Well-established in both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, EVERCO provides a high level excellent service to automobile owners with over 500 EVERCO exhaust system centre throughout the country. EVERCO exhaust systems are also exported to Singapore, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Brunei, Cambodia and Sri Lanka.
Manufacturing
Superior Quality
Our advanced design and manufacturing techniques have resulted in products that are superior in quality. The insertion of iron plates and aluminium plating work done in our factory produce pipes with 1.6mm thickness which effectively cuts down noise level while reducing fuel consumption.
Long Life Durability
Our free-flow internal design with “tuned” hole sizes keeps back pressure to a minimum – resulting in increased power, performance and economy for automobiles. For durability and longer life, all EVERCO mufflers are manufactured from 100% aluminized steel using the heaviest grade available.
High Standards
Our factory is equipped with the most advanced and sophisticated machinery from the United Kingdom, while our large team consists of highly skilled and experienced personnel ensures that production adheres to consistently high standards.
Quality Control
United EVERCO has built a reputation as a manufacturer of exhaust systems that meet exacting quality standards. Because EVERCO services a large number of clients, the quality of its exhaust systems are closely monitored via the quality control management unit which ensures that all exhaust systems and chrome tail pipes meet the specifications.
